Shift time: Mon -Fri (9.30:00 AM to 7:30 PM IST). And 1st, 3rd and 5th Saturday till 4.00 pm.

Key Responsibilities: €¢ Client Acquisition & Management: Identify, engage, and onboard new clients for BuckBox€™s fintech solutions and digital payments. €¢ Business Development: Create prospect pipelines & establish strategic partnerships with merchants to expand BuckBox network. €¢ Revenue Growth: Drive sales to meet and exceed targets through effective pipeline management and lead conversion. €¢ Market Research: Stay updated on fintech trends, competitors, and market demands to provide innovative solutions.
€¢ Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans to target key industries such as e-commerce, compulsive, education and digital content platforms. €¢ Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and upselling relevant services. €¢ Negotiation & Closing Deals: Handle contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and ensure smooth onboarding. €¢ Collaboration: Work closely with the technology and product teams to align strategies for market penetration
Required Skills & Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. Experience: 5+ years in sales, preferably in fintech, digital payments, or SaaS-based businesses. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client presentations and negotiations. Sales & Negotiation: Strong ability to pitch, negotiate, and close deals with high-value clients. Tech-Savvy: Understanding of digital payments, APIs, and fintech products. Networking: Ability to build long-term relationships and expand the company€™s client base. Goal-Oriented: Proven ability to achieve sales targets and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
