Job Summary
Gallons Premium Water (Sygnia) is looking for a skilled MIS Executive with strong expertise in MS Excel to manage data, prepare MIS reports, and support management with accurate and timely information. The ideal candidate will be responsible for data consolidation, reporting, analysis, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
MIS Reporting & Data Management
€¢ Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
€¢ Consolidate data related to sales, dispatch, inventory, collections, and operations
€¢ Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting
€¢ Maintain trackers, dashboards, and master data
Excel & Reporting Tools
€¢ Advanced usage of MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas, conditional formatting)
€¢ Create automated reports and dashboards in Excel
€¢ Analyze data trends and prepare summary reports for management
Coordination & Support
€¢ Coordinate with sales, operations, logistics, and accounts teams for data collection
€¢ Validate data and resolve discrepancies
€¢ Support management with ad-hoc reports and business insights
Documentation & Control
€¢ Maintain proper documentation and MIS records
€¢ Ensure data confidentiality and accuracy
€¢ Assist in audits and internal reviews when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
€¢ Graduate in any discipline (Any)
€¢ Minimum 2+ years of experience as an MIS Executive or similar role
€¢ Strong expertise in MS Excel (mandatory)
€¢ Experience in handling large data sets
€¢ Good communication and coordination skills
€¢ High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
€¢ Knowledge of ERP / CRM systems
