Job Title: HR Generalist - Hospital

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist for a reputed hospital in Ahmedabad. The candidate should have strong experience in end-to-end HR operations, hospital staffing, compliance, and employee relations within the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations:
• Handle employee onboarding & documentation
• Maintain employee records and HR MIS
• Assist in payroll coordination and attendance tracking
• Draft HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, etc.)
• Support employee engagement activities
• Ensure HR policy compliance
Recruitment:
• Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to joining)
• Screen resumes from job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
• Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
• Manage offer roll-out and candidate onboarding
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker
Key Skills Required:
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn hiring)
• Basic knowledge of HR operations & documentation
• MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word)
Preferred Candidate Profile:
• MBA (HR) or relevant experience
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Good coordination and organizational skills
