Job Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day back office operations and administrative tasks
Maintain and update records, reports, and databases
Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Accounts, HR, etc.)
Manage documentation and filing work
Prepare MIS reports and data analysis
Handle emails, data entry, and basic system operations
Support front office and management when required
Required Skills:
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email handling)
Good communication and coordination skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Time management and multitasking ability
Ability to work independently and in a team
Qualification:
Any Graduate / Undergraduate
Freshers can also apply
Preferred Skills (Optional):

Experience with CRM/ERP systems
